Can I place an order without having an account?
Yes, of course, you can place an order as a guest without having to register an account. We still need to get a few details from you so we can process your order, such as your email and the delivery address so we know where to send it.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your purchases using a major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa Electron.
Can I cancel my order?
You can change your mind and cancel your order within 30 days after you have received your purchase. If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund:

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We do our best to process your order on the same day and ship it within 24 hours.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order. There will be a tracking link which will redirect you to the shipping company's page so that you can track your order.
Why is my order delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
When will the money be debited from my bank account?
Your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your debit/credit card once the order has been shipped.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item by using your pre-printed return label, and order the new product. Please see the Return policy for more information.
How do I return my purchase?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item by using your pre-printed return label, and we will refund the item. You can simply return your item to us. You have 30 calendar days to do it from the day you received it. It must be in the same condition that you received it and it must be in its original packaging. When will I get my money back?
It can take up to 14 days to process your return. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items.
